The Bling Bird Collection —

Inspiration für diese Kollektion fand die Designerin in der vielfältigen Welt der Stadtvögel und bei scheinbar banalen Konsumgütern. Kleine Alltagsdetails, bunte Fundstücke wurden wie zufällig inmitten der Metropolen aufgesammelt. — Dazu Vögel, die sich zusammen mit fantasievollen Fragmenten aus Architektur und Schmuckwerk präsentieren und ganz nebenbei ihr charmantes Paralleluniversum entwickeln. Zur vollen farbenfrohen Entfaltung kommt alles in den Entwürfen von Katharina Blanke.

The designer drew inspiration for this collection from the diverse world of urban birds and seemingly mundane consumer goods. Small everyday details and colorful finds were serendipitously collected amid the metropolises. Alongside them, birds, along with imaginative architectural fragments and ornamentation, present themselves, inadvertently developing their charming parallel universe. All of this comes together in the colorful designs by Katharina Blanke for a full and vibrant expression.
